Asado is my favourite style of fire cooking! Whether you're cooking hot and fast or hanging a monster steak a couple of feet above your fire, it's critical to get your fuel mix right to balance an easy-to-manage live fire, with a hot bed of long-lasting embers.

Each Asado Grill Fuel Kit contains everything you need to start and sustain fire, with beech/ash logs for long-burning embers, a box of thinner beech splits for easy heat and fire management, and a bag of natural firelighters. Then just pick the kit with your choice of British log species - either mixed beech & ash, or single species oak or cherry. Find out more about wood properties here.

What's in the Box?

Each Asado Grill Fuel Kit is made up of one box of kiln dried logs (24-28kg) and one box containing approx. 20kg cooking splits, hardwood kindling and firelighters.

If you choose to add charcoal, you'll also receive 2 x 6kg bags Sustainable British Charcoal.
