Wood-fired Steak Two Ways in the Gozney Dome

Cooking steak in any wood fired oven can be tricky, and I've heard from a lot of people struggling with cooking wood fired steaks since they received their Domes, so I wanted to show you a couple of ways to cook a steak - including my preferred method which will mean you'll nail it every time!
